At Fellow, we stand behind our design and performance; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original Fellow box to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
